Dealer Services Loan Funder/Processor - Full Time

Job Summary:  

We are seeking a Dealer Services Loan Funder/Processor to record loan applications and documentation in the data processing system and update and maintain loan account information. This position also maintains a good rapport with the existing dealers of the indirect program and keeps them informed of current loan rates, terms and procedures. 

Key Responsibilities:  

- Receive and review loan documents from indirect dealers.

- Review loan contracts and other documents for accuracy and completeness.

- Open new member accounts and pay off related loans during the funding process.

- Ensure that the dealers are supplied with the appropriate forms and brochures.

- Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.  

Qualifications:  

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- One or more years of similar experience in a lending or related environment. 

- Proficient with Microsoft products. 

- Exceptional customer service skills required.  

- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

- Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
