    Job Summary:  

    We are seeking a Lead Member Support Center Representative to assist members and potential members with their requests by phone, email and live chat, and facilitate and provide escalation support in lieu of the Member Support Center Manager and Assistant Manager. 

     

    Key Responsibilities:  

    - Assist members and potential members with their telephone requests.

    - Answer questions about products and services and promote products and services to meet members’ needs.

    - Answer loan questions and take loan payments. 

    - Maintain members’ account information on computer system. 

    - Assist in scheduling, training and monitoring the work of the Member Support Center Representatives.

    - Coordinate department activities and assist staff with other educational opportunities.

    - Provide support for escalated member issues.  

    - Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.  

     

    Qualifications:  

    - High school diploma or equivalent.

    - Three years to five years of similar or related experience.

    - Exceptional customer service experience is required.  

    - Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

    Schedule:

    - Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM  

    - Saturday Hours 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM  

    - Full Time Employees have a 40-hour work week within the hours listed above.
